Exact voice consent script
Text updates are optional. Diesel Stump Grinders LLC can text this number about your estimate and scheduling. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?
The assistant asks this separately after collecting the service inquiry and confirming the final recap. It pauses and waits for the caller's response.
Configured consent process
- The assistant identifies itself as an automated assistant and asks which DSG service the caller needs.
- It collects the project details and confirms the best callback number, then asks for one combined confirmation of the collected details.
- It reads the optional text disclosure above and waits for an explicit affirmative response.
- A clear yes indicates consent. If the response is ambiguous, the assistant asks once more. A no, silence, unresolved ambiguity, or a question that was not asked must not be treated as consent.
- The assistant is instructed to record the consent response in the available consent field. The call transcript provides the context for the disclosure and response; DSG reviews the consent record and transcript when validating eligibility to text.
- Declining text updates does not prevent an estimate request or phone follow-up.
Calling DSG, leaving a voicemail, supplying a callback number, or confirming contact details alone does not authorize SMS.
Message purpose & preferences
Consent covers non-marketing messages related to the caller's estimate, service inquiry, and scheduling. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
The agent is instructed not to send customer text messages until the messaging campaign is approved and the workflow has verified affirmative consent and no existing opt-out. This page documents the configured consent process; it is not evidence of campaign approval or a particular customer's consent.
