- Access is restricted
- Underground objects, utilities, rocks, concrete, roots, or other obstructions are discovered
- The customer requests additional work
- Other unforeseen conditions materially affect the work
The final scope, price, scheduling requirements, and payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and service-request information and must have authority to authorize work at the service location. Before work begins, the customer must disclose known underground or concealed conditions, including irrigation systems, invisible fencing, private electrical lines, drainage systems, septic components, landscape lighting, and other privately installed utilities or property features.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, equipment conditions, site accessibility, and circumstances beyond DSG’s reasonable control. DSG may reschedule when reasonably necessary. Job-specific cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling requirements will be communicated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Payments
Customers agree to pay charges accepted through an estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Payment methods, deposit requirements, due dates, and late-payment terms, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated with the applicable transaction. Payments processed through third-party services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Diesel Stump Grinders LLC text messaging program or provide consent to receive SMS messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
SMS Terms
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree that DSG may send transactional and customer-care messages concerning your inquiry or requested service. Following an unanswered inbound call, DSG may send one initial text asking whether you would like assistance by text. Additional text communication will occur only after you respond or otherwise provide consent.
